Mission Statement: To use all my knowledge, experience and skill to help further the health of the horses hooves from the unnatural conditions of domestication.  

My number one goal is to be the most reliable, and easy to reach farrier out there. Although you see a lot of similarities in the quality of work amongst horseshoers, the same is not true with their reliability. You can be the best farrier out there but if you don't call back or show up, what difference does it make.  Not only do I show up on time and call back immediately, but i guarantee my shoes for 6 weeks in case a shoe is thrown.      

I consider the horses feet to be the most important part of the body, especially under the stress of riding and competing. It is absolutely crucial to have your horses feet trimmed or shod if you want to ensure that your horse will stay safe and sound.    

Some  of the requirements for putting shoes on horses can include gate manipulation, traction, protection, hoof soreness, and corrective shoeing to help with lameness issues.  Work with your Vet and Farrier to find out what's best for the health and performance of your horse.  

Horses should be kept on a 6-8 week schedule in order to maintain and ensure a consistent healthy hoof. Stretching out your shoeing or trimming schedule  for convenience or in order to save money, can lead to expensive vet bills or corrective shoeing.  The horse will sometimes have to live with pain and discomfort if he is thrown off schedule, until he can be seen and treated by a farrier.
